We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team to work with property developer clients, undertaking our market leading due diligence process and on-boarding the development.
Technical knowledge of the property investment market and legal structures is essential to ensure that we only offer quality products that have been subject to our thorough due diligence process.
The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for our land brokerage, introducing developer clients with our exclusive land sites.

Regency Invest work with a number of UK property developers, where we have secured Master Agency to exclusively distribute their properties across the globe.
The Agent Manager will have the responsibility for recruiting, vetting, training and managing quality property sales agents in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia and the Far East, who adopt the same ethos as Regency Invest.
Day-to-day management of agents will include providing literature, project updates, assisting with answering enquiries from property investors, sales progression and assisting with the agents’ marketing programmes.

Regency Invest have an immediate requirement for a Digital Marketing Executive or Freelance marketers to deliver our digital marketing strategy.
Applicants must have extensive experience across digital marketing platforms and experience within the real estate industry.
